JoAnne Titus, Data Control Specialist, Team Leader

JoAnne has been the senior Data Control Specialist and Team Leader on ACTON's Financial Services Data Management Team since 1994. JoAnne's knowledge of direct marketing and the financial services industry, her attention to detail and keen analytic sense have earned her the accolades and recognition from some of the nation's largest banking institutions. JoAnne is the lead Marketing Analyst for Fifth Third Bank, one of the nation's largest banks with over 1,000 branch locations and an industry leader in the use of direct marketing to support a concentrated Checking Account Acquisition Program.

Prior to joining ACTON, JoAnne spent six years with Sandhills Publishing as a supervisor responsible for data quality, mail preparation and postal audits of several leading trade publications. She also spent 12 years with A.C. Nielsen Marketing Research serving in many critical capacities including Presentation Analyst, Control Desk Supervisor and Unit Head and Scheduler for the company's Final Output Department.



 
 
 
 

Dar Orth, Data Control Specialist

Dar has been an integral part of ACTON for over 20 years, beginning in the lettershop area where she served as the Director of Production and Control. Dar joined the Data Management Team in 2003, managing the data analysis and marketing recommendation process for a variety of financial institutions of all sizes.

Dar originally joined ACTON as a manager of its Quick Copy copy center. She also served as manager of the Colonial Printing Company for five years before becoming the Director of Production and Control. As Director, she advised the Financial Services team on capabilities, mailing methods and timetables necessary to optimize customers' direct mail marketing programs.

 
 

Dan Bubb, Data Control Specialist

Although Dan joined the Data Management Team as recently as 2003, he has been with ACTON since 1997 as an estimator, purchasing agent, and production control coordinator. Prior to his ACTON tenure, Dan worked for three years as a customer-service representative handling all house accounts plus estimating duties for a local printing company. Before that, he worked for seven years as an estimator for American Signature Printing Company (now Quebecor).

Dan is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting and finance and minored in economics and psychology. Dan has also completed some post-graduate work in small business administration at UN-L.
